Consent to the processing of personal data of the "Russian Art Focus Prize" applicant
By applying for participation in the "Russian Art Focus Prize" competition (and thereby accepting its Terms and Conditions) and filling in the fields of the online application form the Applicant gives consent to the processing of personal data and their transfer to the operator engaged in processing of personal data - the Art Focus Limited Liability Company (INN 7704497014, OGRN 1197746465938) located at the address: Russian Federation, Moscow, Prechistenskaya embankment, 17, which is the organizer of the competition, as well as third parties (experts, jury, etc.) involved by the organizer in the competition, to process my personal data in order to participate in the competition.
The Applicant consents to the processing of the following personal data:
- last name;
- first name;
- contact phone number;
- e-mail address.
The purpose of personal data processing is their storage and use, including:
- verifying and peer reviewing the application for making a decision;
- concluding an agreement with me as a winner;
- travel and accommodation arrangements for the award ceremony in case of winning;
- conducting research, interviews, events, informing the public about the competition
The Applicant is aware that the processing of the personal data is carried out by the Organizer in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation on the protection of personal data, and in accordance with the Organizer's privacy policy.
Applicant's consent to the processing of personal data is valid for the period necessary for the Organizer to achieve the above purpose of processing personal data (participation in the competition). It can be withdrawn by me at any time by sending a written notification to the Organizer by e-mail: prize@russianartfocus.com
If the Applicant revokes his/her/their consent to the processing of personal data, the Organizer is obliged to stop processing it within a period not exceeding thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of my written notification.
This consent, given by the Applicant to the Organizer, also applies to his/her/their images, photographs and videos created in the course of the competition in order to inform the public about the competition and the activities of the Organizer in general.
